MESSAGE FROM THE CEO OF HOWARD WILLIAMS CONSULTING

	The name is CJ Howard. I am a business consultant who aspires to help those who dream of starting their own business do so. I must admit that I am not a “licensed” consultant yet, and therefore can not charge what those “upwardly mobile” consultants may charge for their services. In many cases, licensed consultants charge 10k for a starting package and basic services. I charge but just a fraction of that and though I am not licensed, I am extremely professional and confident in the services I provide.
